Built from a passion for people and possibility.

From a young age, Madele Dekker experienced the needs of vulnerable communities first-hand. That early passion for making a difference became the foundation of MDCS Skills Academy.

Today, MDCS partners with organisations that want to strengthen their Skills Development strategy while making a measurable difference in the lives of learners. The academy supports businesses with structured learning pathways, BBBEE-aligned solutions and development opportunities that help disabled learners move toward confidence, independence and career growth.
